1. Firstly, click on choose response destination button from the top of the page.

3. Next click on ‘View responses’ button from the top. Then, a new tab will be open with a spreadsheet.

4. Now click on ‘Tools’ menu and then choose notification rules.

5. Next a popup menu will appear and then tick on ‘A user submits a form’ and ‘Email’ – right away options and click ‘save’ button.

And you have done!

But wait! The next thing you have to do is create a ‘Contact Us’ page in blogger blog.

To Create Contact Us Page in blogger blog follow this steps bellow.

1. Go to your blogger dashboard.

2. And create a new blank page.

3. And then type ‘Contact us’ in the page title field.
