to make a Contact Form for your blog by using Google Drive
Create Contact Us Form in Blogger
1.
Firstly, Go to this link Google Drive and
log in with your Gmail Account.
2.
Secondly, click on ‘Create button’ from the left
side and choose ‘Form’ option.
3.
Next a new tab will open. Now enter your form
name and choose default theme and then press OK button.
4.
A default form will create. Now enter Name in
the Question Title field, tick mark on required question and
then press done button.
5.
You can add more options like Message, Subject,
Email and then press the add item button and add as many items
you want to add in your contact form.
6.
After creating all simply press the ‘send form’
button from the top right corner of the screen.
7.
Next you will find a dialog box open. Now click
on Embed button and copy the entire code on notepad and click done button.
Yes!
The contact form is created. Now you have to enable notification option which
means when somebody fill and submit the form from your blog, then you should
receive a notification. If you want to do this just follow the below steps:
1.
Firstly, click on choose response destination
button from the top of the page.
2.
Then a pop up box will appear. Now select ‘new
spreadsheet’ radio button and click ‘create button’.
3.
Next click on ‘View responses’ button from the
top. Then, a new tab will be open with a spreadsheet.
4.
Now click on ‘Tools’ menu and then choose
notification rules.
5.
Next a popup menu will appear and then tick
on ‘A user submits a form’ and ‘Email’ – right away options
and click ‘save’ button.
And you have done!
But
wait! The next thing you have to do is create a ‘Contact Us’ page in blogger
blog.
To Create Contact Us Page in blogger blog follow
this steps bellow.

And create a new blank page.
3.
And then type ‘Contact us’ in
the page title field.
4.
Then choose ‘HTML’ option and paste the code of
your ‘contact form’ which you was copied in notepad on your pc.
5.
Now click ‘publish’ and you have done your work
successfully!!! ( I mean Good job)
After
all visit your blog and look at ‘contact form’ on your ‘contact us’ page.
